Role Overview

At BlueMagic Group, we're building one of the most advanced marketing departments in the region to scale the global brands of Pasquale Minasi and our high-end medical services. We're looking for an experienced and forward-thinking professional to lead our web development, CRM integration, digital infrastructure, and AI-driven marketing systems.

This is not just a tech job - it's a strategic position at the heart of a fast-growing international group with offices in Istanbul, London, Tirana, and now Dubai.

Position: Digital Technology Manager - Web, SEO & CRM Systems

Location: Dubai - BlueMagic Group Headquarters

Department: Pasquale Minasi Brand Marketing Team

Key Responsibilities

1. Web Development & Management

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance websites (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Bootstrap, Shopify, WordPress). Customize WordPress themes, plugins, and child themes using Elementor Pro, WooCommerce, WPML, Polylang, ACF, Yoast SEO, Rank Math, and more. Ensure fast load times, mobile responsiveness, and multilingual functionality. Connect websites with HubSpot and manage technical integrations. Troubleshoot and resolve all front-end and back-end issues.

2. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Perform full SEO audits, implement on-page/off-page improvements. Manage backlinks, local SEO, schema markup, and keyword optimization. Use advanced tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.

3. Server & IT Infrastructure

Oversee hosting, DNS, server configurations (cPanel, WHM). Install SSL, manage server security, uptime, and performance. Provide IT support for the team and manage internal systems (e.g., AD servers, email setups, etc.).

4. Database & Systems Management

Manage MySQL databases, write SQL queries, optimize data flows. Ensure secure backups, data integrity, and performance.

5. CRM & Marketing Automation

Manage HubSpot CRM integrations (forms, workflows, landing pages, email templates). Sync websites and social media platforms with HubSpot. Use tools like Mailchimp or Elastic Email for email marketing campaigns.

6. Tracking & Conversion Optimization

Install and manage tracking codes (Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads). Set up event tracking, conversion funnels, and campaign reporting.

7. AI Tools & Digital Innovation

Identify and implement AI tools for automation, content creation, and UX improvements. Train team members on AI applications and digital transformation practices.

Requirements

Minimum 4-5 years proven experience in full-stack web development and digital systems management. Mastery of WordPress, HubSpot, SEO tools, and marketing automation platforms. Strong grasp of server configurations, domains, DNS, SSL, and MySQL. Experience in a high-performance, fast-paced marketing or tech environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage projects independently and train other team members. Fluent in English and Arabic (C1 level required). A third language is preferred.
