Platform Integration Expert
to lead digital transformation programs across multiple operating companies. This role is for aseasoned digital leader with a proven record of building and rolling out customer-facing platforms
(super-apps, agent applications, KYC, digital payments) at scale in telecom or fintech environments.What We're Looking For
8+ years
in digital transformation withintelecom, fintech, or large-scale IT delivery
. Hands-on expertise withAPI-first architectures, cloud-native solutions, and DevSecOps practices
. Proven leadership inmulti-country digital platform rollouts
. Experience managing vendors acrossUX/UI, API platforms, fintech, or KYC
. Strong engagement withmarketing, customer experience, and IT leadership
.Key Responsibilities
Lead design and rollout of digital apps and platforms (Yas App, Agent App, Smart Store, KYC, digital payments). Ensure
reuse-first, modular, cloud-native
design principles are enforced. Manage vendor delivery, track KPIs, and ensure business adoption. * Drive measurable impact in customer experience and operational efficiency.
