We have partnered with the most established strategy firm in the Middle East helping them search for a Digital Strategy Manager to join the company\'s new digital venture.

This role offers the chance to shape & lead innovative and pragmatic programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation solutions within the digital area.

You\'ll be in charge of driving a rigorous & structured approach to identifying strategic insights and solving business problems related to their digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

Perform analysis to gain insights; use insights to determine what the client needs to change and how to get there; diagnose the issue and plan the transformation within the specific digital capability area

Apply strategy development, architecting value, and operating model architecture skills

Shape and lead innovative and pragmatic programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation solutions within the digital area

Skills:

Strategic skills: strong critical thinker, ability to architect solutions, and clearly communicate strategic ideas in a clear, simple manner

Experience leading and facilitating working sessions with both teams and leaders

Apply strategy development, architecting value, and operating model architecture skills

Shape and lead innovative and pragmatic programs that translate results from business diagnosis and planning into transformation solutions within the digital area

Experience designing, developing, and implementing marketing and digital processes and ways of working that bring agility to teams, as well as rolling out new organizational capabilities
