Be the Digital Solutions Leader, use your broadly recognized consultancy, software, subject matter expertise to influence customers & pre-qualify Honeywell at an early stage to drive the Autonomous journey in Upstream Oil & Gas. You will participate in pursuit strategy planning, technical solution both hardware/software from digitization perspective and customer engagement working closely with the Pole Upstream Leadership, Sales and LOB. You may provide valuable input for product development to Global Solution Leader, and you will be one of the driving forces for Honeywell achieving dominant market position in Upstream market and will develop customer relationships through coordinating with regional teams, and drive digitization across the region.

Key requirements

\xc2\xb7 Technical Advisor across Upstream digitization programs

\xc2\xb7 Key contributor to Pursuit strategy focused across Integrated Autonomous solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Formulate the solution walk for NOC\'s in the region

\xc2\xb7 Build customer relationships including User Input Committee and also contribute to the NPI Team on development areas.

\xc2\xb7 Close coordination with Upstream Technical Solution Consultants, Solution Architects & Business Development and Global teams

\xc2\xb7 Design pricing strategies & cross SBG engagement for pursuits

\xc2\xb7 Customer & vendor negotiations

\xc2\xb7 Work with GM Upstream to align Go-To-Market strategies around Digital solutions, closely coordinate with HCI regional Leadership.

\xc2\xb7 Collaborating with other Vertical, BTI Leaders and Offering Management leaders to implement best practices and strategies for the region.

\xc2\xb7 Form and manage strategic partnerships with 3rd parties needed to support the new Digital business models.

Key skills and qualifications

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s/master\'s in engineering.

\xc2\xb7 10+ years related experience in Digitization programs.

\xc2\xb7 Good communication skills
