Attend-to and handle all types of incoming electronic leads in timely and consultative selling manner, and contribute towards further developing the e-commerce channels/business, and its related campaigns and processes. Contribute towards all conversion ratios i.e. appointments, test drives, and orders intake in-order to achieve sales target, or match the average of Retail Sales team, whichever is higher. 2. ACCOUNTABILITIES
Key Accountabilities (Up To Max. 6)
Lead management: Receive, acknowledge, follow-up, and properly register/log all types of electronic leads onto DMS, and provide/present weekly/monthly sales-funnel progress report(s).
Vehicle sales: Assist customers in selecting available Mercedes-Benz product by undertaking an in-depth needs analysis. Present and demonstrate features, advantages, and benefits of the product and services, according to Mercedes-Benz sales process, and effectively follow-up and gain customer commitment.
