The Role
We are looking for a result driven Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive measurable results and optimize our online presence. This role involves managing various online marketing channels, analyzing campaign performance, and making data-driven decisions to achieve marketing goals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Developing and implementing digital advertising and social media strategy both on a campaign and account level paying close attention to client needs and industry standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Conceptualizing, managing, and optimizing paid digital campaigns and estimated budgets to maintain maximum ROI. \xe2\x80\xa2 Single handedly managing digital advertisement accounts of high net worth. \xe2\x80\xa2 Actively contributing to front and back-end content development and optimization operations with a focus on strategic growth, brand development and increasing audience engagement. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality, and tone of voice, and optimized for search, user experience and engagement across all paid and organic channels of content \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing high volume of campaigns across various platforms with in-depth knowledge in Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Discovery, YouTube), Snapchat Ads and TikTok Ads. \xe2\x80\xa2 Data tracking and Analysis using Google Analytics, Digital Ads Optimization and Daily Reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing or related filed. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficiency in digital marketing tools. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM and paid advertising best practice. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong communication and teamwork skill.
