The Senior HR Manager in the real estate sector plays a critical role in managing the human resources function for the organization\'s real estate division. This role involves overseeing HR activities that cater to the unique needs of real estate professionals, ensuring the organization has a motivated, skilled, and efficient workforce. The Senior HR Manager must have a strong understanding of HR practices. You will be responsible for strategic planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies for our company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Oversee the recruitment and selection process for real estate agents, property managers, and other real estate professionals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Cultivate a positive and inclusive work culture within our company. \xe2\x80\xa2 Performance Appraisal. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure compliance with industry-specific regulations and licensing requirements for real estate professionals. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stay informed about changes in real estate laws and regulations and ensure our HR policies align with these changes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Implement performance management systems for our team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide guidance to our managers in conducting performance reviews. \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead and manage the HR team serving our real estate division

Requirements
Qualifications & Requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master\'s degree or relevant HR certification is a plus. \xe2\x80\xa2 5-10+ years of progressive HR experience, including X+ years in a managerial or leadership role. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies and processes. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong problem-solving and decision making abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to nature, guide and to bring the best out of people.
