Map Homes Real Estate is seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Manager to lead our paid and organic digital marketing efforts. If you're an expert in Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, backlink generation, and GMB optimization, this is your opportunity to grow with one of Dubai's fastest-growing real estate firms.

Key Responsibilities

Meta & Google Ads:
Strategically run, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.

SEO & Content Creation:
Perform keyword research, write blog posts, and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to drive organic traffic.

Backlink Building:
Develop ethical backlink strategies to boost domain authority and search rankings.

Google My Business (GMB):
Manage regular posting, updates, and optimization of GMB listings for improved local visibility.

Performance Analysis:
Track campaign performance using analytics tools, prepare reports, and continuously refine strategy based on data insights.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing (SEO + Paid Ads) Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and keyword tools Strong blog writing and content marketing abilities Experience with backlink generation and GMB posting Detail-oriented, self-driven, and result-focused Prior real estate marketing experience is a plus (not mandatory)
