About the Role

Mahboub Yacht Rental is one of Dubai's fast-growing luxury yacht charter brands. We are seeking a Chinese national with a digital mindset, operational discipline, and growth-oriented thinking to help us systematize, digitize, and scale our business.

This is not just a marketing job -- it's a leadership opportunity for someone who can build and run intelligent digital processes, manage high-end client journeys, and help us unlock massive growth across Chinese and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

1.

System Building & Digital Structuring

Build and manage an end-to-end digital system for bookings, follow-ups, and client onboarding Implement and manage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Notion) Structure workflows with automation and data-driven dashboards

Online Platform Management

Manage listings on GetMyBoat, Boatsetter, Airbnb Experiences, and similar platforms Create strong profiles with optimized content, pricing, scheduling, and SEO Analyze customer behavior and improve conversion rates

Digital Marketing & Branding

Plan and run paid ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) Manage social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Xiaohongshu, WeChat) Design and schedule content (reels, posts, stories, videos) using tools like Canva and CapCut Track performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rate)

Business Development & Strategic Growth

Identify new B2C and B2B opportunities in the Chinese-speaking market Develop partnerships with luxury brands, travel agencies, influencers Handle bilingual communication and localization of marketing materials

Operational Support & VIP Coordination

Support the organization of VIP yacht trips, events, and concierge experiences Coordinate logistics with captains, marina staff, and transport teams Gather feedback and improve overall customer experience (CX Design)
Required Skills & Traits

Chinese nationality (preferred Mainland China, but also open to HK, TW, SEA diaspora) Fluent English communication (written & spoken) Strong digital literacy: Google Workspace, Canva, ChatGPT, CRM, automation tools Previous experience in tourism, luxury services, or digital business Organized, independent, analytical, and results-driven Ability to build systems, improve workflows, and manage multi-channel operations
