Job Description

A leading Real Estate developer in The Kingdom Of Bahrain seeks to employ a Marketing Manager (With prior experience in a Real Estate Development Company). The primary objective includes creating and executing a marketing plan designed to attract the attention and interest of Clients and guide them through the decision process and lead to the Sales & Lease . The position calls for skills in market research, traditional marketing, social media management, leasing, customer care, record keeping, relationship management and financial record keeping. Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure and manage external sales & marketing agencies as required.
  • Responsible to make paid marketing strategy based on target market interests, location, age group, and disposable income.
  • Responsible to assign a budget to all the marketing campaigns of different mediums i.e. Facebook Ads, Google Ads, Retargeting, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, Influencer and Community Marketing, Cluster marketing, and Segmentation.
  • Responsible to design social media strategy and execute it.
  • Responsible to create a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategy for organic website visitor growth.
  • Reporting on all the strategies using Google Analytics, Firebase, and other manual and auto reporting systems.
  • Making PNL of all executed campaigns.
  • Coordinating with the Logistics, Business Development, Customer Service, and Finance team on daily basis.
Should handle a team of resources i.e. SEO Executives and Creative Designers. * Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
  • Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Devising all the SEO strategies to make sure the brand is generating organic queries thus minimizing the share of paid advertising.
  • Review and provide input into sales documentation and agreements.
  • Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of sales methods, costs, and results.
Skills:
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of real estate investment sales and marketing with proven knowledge of structuring sales quota goals and meeting revenue expectations.
  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, preferably Commercial Property, Marketing, or Investments.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of real estate industry experience in a sales/marketing role, with at least 3 years experience in Bahrain.
  • Ability to manage internal and external resources where appropriate to produce quality materials within tight timeframes.
  • High computer literacy, professional written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills, with proven attention to detail.
