Key Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising & Growth:
Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat
Track KPIs daily and ensure effective performance with cost-per-action goals
Monitor app analytics and website traffic to identify growth opportunities
Launch A/B testing and retargeting campaigns where relevant
SEO / ASO:
Manage and improve SEO for Website content (weekly content review and keyword updates)
Manage ASO (App Store Optimization) for iOS and Android -- including titles, metadata, visuals, and store presence
Perform competitor benchmarking and keyword tracking for search visibility
Content Monitoring & Quality Assurance:
Daily: check content accuracy, visuals, and functionality inside the mobile application
Weekly: update and optimize editorial content on the website
Flag technical or editorial issues across platforms and collaborate with design/content teams to resolve
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or digital growth
Strong knowledge of ad platform dashboards: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Business, YouTube Studio
Proven experience with ASO and SEO best practices
Experience with app-based or media-driven projects preferred
Basic understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, Firebase, Meta Pixel)
Strong attention to detail and ability to spot design/copy issues quickly
Self-starter, results-driven, and organized in deadline-based environments
Preferred Skills:
Arabic is a plus, but not required
Basic CMS skills (WordPress, Webflow or similar)
Interest in lifestyle, travel, or digital media landscape in the Gulf
