Job Description

The Digital Marketing Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various online channels. Reporting to the BDM, the Digital Marketing Strategist will combine strategic thinking with technical expertise to optimize digital marketing campaigns and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies and plans aligned with the company's overall marketing objectives, target audience, and brand positioning. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify target markets, customer personas, and key insights. Identify and prioritize digital marketing channels based on target audience behavior, industry trends, and campaign objectives. Oversee the management and optimization of digital marketing channels, including search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising. Manage and optimize company profiles and pages on social media platforms. Create, curate, and publish engaging and relevant content for social media platforms. Develop content strategies and editorial calendars to drive engagement, traffic, and conversions across digital channels. Oversee content creation, curation, and distribution efforts, ensuring alignment with brand voice, messaging, and objectives. Conduct keyword research, on-page optimization (SEO), and link-building activities to improve organic search rankings and visibility. Manage paid search campaigns (PPC), including keyword bidding, ad copywriting, budget allocation, and performance optimization. Develop social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and community growth across relevant social media platforms. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), metrics, and campaign performance data to assess effectiveness and ROI of digital marketing initiatives. Provide insights, recommendations, and optimizations to the BDM based on data-driven analysis and continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing / Communication / Media Studies 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar role Passionate & Energetic. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, techniques, and best practices across SEO, SEM, SMM, PPC, email marketing, content marketing, and online advertising. Proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools, data analysis, and performance measurement.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
