. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign management, optimization, analytics, and reporting with a clear focus on ROI and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize lead generation campaigns across
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
and
Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram)
Develop paid marketing strategies to support overall business goals and drive high-quality leads
Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to enhance targeting and performance
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.)
A/B test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and targeting strategies
Collaborate with the design and content team to create compelling ad creatives
Track conversions using tools like Google Tag Manager, Facebook Pixel, and GA4
Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights
Stay updated with the latest digital trends and ad platform updates
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital marketing
Proven success in running and optimizing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns
Strong understanding of lead generation, targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization
Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Facebook Ads Manager
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis
Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
Google Ads and Meta certifications are a plus
