Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
Partner with content, design, and product teams to create high-impact creatives and landing pages aligned with learner personas.
Own and manage the paid media budget, optimizing toward key KPIs such as CPA, CPL, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Execute A/B tests on ad formats, messaging, and audience targeting to drive measurable performance improvements.
Track and monitor campaign performance daily using platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Analyze campaign data, deliver weekly/monthly reports, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Stay current on digital marketing trends, ad platform updates, and competitor strategies.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns, preferably within the education sector or at an agency serving education clients.
