Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Strategy Development & Execution:

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives and brand positioning for cosmetics, beauty, and perfume products. Identify target audiences and devise digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate them. Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies, particularly within the beauty industry, and recommend new strategies for growth.

Content Marketing & Social Media Management:

Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality, engaging content (e.g., blog posts, videos, infographics, product descriptions, social media captions) tailored for beauty and fragrance audiences. Manage and grow the brand's presence across all relevant social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat), including content scheduling, community management, and paid social campaigns. Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies, identifying and collaborating with key beauty influencers, makeup artists, and fragrance enthusiasts.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

Implement and manage SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings for relevant keywords in the beauty and perfume niche. Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (PPC) on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads, focusing on achieving optimal ROI for product sales. Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and ongoing optimization of website content and landing pages.

Email Marketing:

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns (e.g., newsletters, promotional emails, abandoned cart reminders, loyalty programs) to nurture leads, drive sales, and build customer relationships. Segment email lists and personalize content to maximize engagement and conversion rates. Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for improved open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.

Website Management & E-commerce:

Collaborate with the e-commerce team to ensure the website is optimized for user experience, mobile responsiveness, and conversion. Contribute to website content updates, product launches, and promotional initiatives. Implement strategies to drive traffic to the e-commerce platform and increase online sales.

Analytics & Reporting:

Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms. Provide regular insights and recommendations for optimizing campaigns based on data. Track KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).

Budget Management:

Manage and optimize digital marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
