Develop integrated media strategies for Google Search & Display, YouTube, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat.
Set up, launch and manage campaigns end-to-end: targeting, creative briefs, budget allocation.
Optimization & Testing
Continuously monitor performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR).
Design and run A/B tests on ad creative, copy, audiences, and landing pages.
Refine bids, budgets, and placements to hit KPI targets.
Analytics & Reporting
Configure and maintain tracking via Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Snapchat Insights.
Produce weekly and monthly performance dashboards; deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
Collaboration & Alignment
Partner with Creative, Content, and UX teams to develop on-brand assets and landing experiences.
Coordinate with CRM and Retention teams on email, SMS, and on-site retargeting strategies.
Market Intelligence
Research and track trends in UAE & GCC beauty markets.
Conduct competitive audits to identify new channel opportunities and benchmark performance.

Proven track record achieving strong ROAS and customer acquisition targets for e-commerce brands (preferably in beauty or FMCG).
Deep familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics 4, Facebook Analytics, TikTok/Snapchat insights).
Strong command of Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
Excellent communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus).
