We're on the lookout for a performance-driven digital marketer with a passion for lead generation and deep expertise in Google, YouTube, and Meta ads. If you're a strategic thinker who knows how to turn campaigns into conversions, this is your arena.

What You'll Do:



Plan, execute & manage high-converting paid campaigns on Google, YouTube & Meta Achieve monthly lead generation targets across channels Optimize campaigns to hit CPL, CTR, and ROI benchmarks Collaborate on creative strategy, landing pages, and funnels Analyze performance data and continuously improve results

What You Bring

:

3-5 years of proven experience in lead-gen and performance marketing Hands-on mastery of Google Ads, Meta Ads & YouTube campaigns Data-driven mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results
