Role Summary:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be in charge of planning and managing marketing campaigns that promote the company's brand, products, services and lead generation. Their duties include creating campaigns, analyzing metrics, and identifying trends.

Reporting to: CEO

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including our marketing database and emails.
• Display, develop and monitor advertising campaigns.
• Plan and manage our social media platforms.
• Manage the Company's website and the SEO.
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns' overall performance.
• Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results.
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience.
• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Run all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects.
• Oversee the CRM system and keep it up to date.
• Design concept creation (Mood Board, Brand Identity Direction, Stationery Direction).

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or other relevant field.
• A minimum 5 years of experience in a Digital Marketing or Advertising position.
• Experience in Real Estate is required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes:

• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, SEO and website analytics.
• Creative with excellent analytical abilities
• Great communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Excellent knowledge in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canvas, Google Ads. and Google Analytics.
