Digital Marketing Executive, Digital Marketing Specialist | Real estate The main objective of your role will be to: Market real estate projects and services on the various channels and get the business message to the segmented audience and help solve their problems and generate as many leads as possible to the business. This is a fun and exciting role, there is lots to learn and in order for you to be successful in this role, you will need to be:
- Communicative and diplomatic
- Have the tendency to listen and understand other\xe2\x80\x99s pain points
- Team player and possess a collective work mentality
- Creative and able to spot trends
- Understand how social media works
- Digital savvy and know your digital tools
- English and Arabic speaker is a greater advantage
- Reply on time and have the integrity to self supervising
- You are between the age of: 20 - 45
- Has a high level of integrity
- Enjoy working in a startup environment
- Understand the market needs and conduct market research
- Initiate digital marketing campaigns
- Run Google Ads and manage Google Business account
- Develop digital marketing strategies
- Monitor main platforms: Propertyfinder, Bayut, Booking, Airbnb..etc.
- Handle designs for portals and campaigns
- Develop, maintain and manage the social media accounts
- Community management
- Track performance and recommend optimized approaches
- Understand the use and importance of SEO
- Minimum of Bachelor\'s Degree in marketing or similar field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Experience with Digital marketing automation software.
- Experience with Google ads and Google Analytics.
- Ability to use design software and tools is a big plus
- Proficiency with SEO tools.
- Good Verbal and written communication skills.
- Digital Marketing: 2 years (Required)
