We are a real estate brokerage firm based in Dubai, specializing in residential and commercial property services. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with real estate experience to manage our online marketing activities, SEO, website content, lead generation, and social media presence.
Role Overview
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing activities to support brand visibility and lead generation. The role includes managing online campaigns, SEO, website updates, social media content, and analytics.
Real estate industry experience is essential for understanding property marketing, portals, and audience behavior.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Campaigns
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies across Google, Meta, and other platforms.
Manage paid campaigns for leads and property inquiries.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on analytics and KPIs.
Support marketing activities for new property launches and listings.
SEO & Website Management
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
Update website content, property details, banners, and landing pages.
Ensure website functionality, performance, and user experience.
Conduct keyword research tailored to the Dubai real estate market.
Social Media Management
Create monthly social media content calendars.
Publish posts, stories, and real estate updates across platforms.
Engage with audience comments and inquiries.
Track social media metrics and adjust strategy based on performance.
Real Estate Marketing Tasks
Manage and update property listings on portals such as Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
Coordinate with the sales team to gather accurate property information.
Assist with marketing for open houses, campaigns, and promotional activities.
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
Track lead flow, conversion metrics, and website traffic.
Use analytics tools to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communication, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing within the real estate industry (mandatory).
Strong knowledge of:
SEO and keyword research
Google Ads and Meta Ads
Social media management
Website management (WordPress or similar CMS)
Analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Search Console
Understanding of Dubai real estate market trends and digital lead-generation techniques.
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.
