A leading Real Estate company in Dubai is seeking for experienced Digital Marketing Manager who will join and set up a team starting from the scratch. The ideal candidate will be capable of handling everything from strategy to execution, including Google Ads, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, content creation, graphic design, video editing, and web development. This is a strategic and hands-on role ideal for a digital all-rounder.
Key Responsibilities:
1. SEO & Website Development: Execute on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic visibility. Collaborate with developers or independently manage updates on WordPress, HTML, or similar platforms. Ensure mobile optimization, fast load times, and technical SEO best practices.
2. Social Media & Content: Run both paid and organic campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter. Create content calendars and develop engaging multimedia content aligned with marketing goals.
3. Google Ads & Paid Campaigns: Plan and execute performance-driven campaigns on Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Remarketing. Monitor and optimize bids, ad performance, and ROIs.
4. Graphics & Video Editing: Design digital creatives, promotional materials, and ad banners using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva. Shoot and edit promotional videos and reels using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
5. Reporting & Insights: Utilize Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to track KPIs. Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights and improvement strategies.
6. Lead Generation & Funnel Optimization: Launch PPC campaigns to drive qualified leads. Optimize landing pages, sales funnels, and user journeys to increase conversions.
Requirements:
Real estate/property industry experience in the UAE is mandatory.
Skilled in graphic/video tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or IT-related field.
6-8 years of experience in 360 digital marketing and web development.
Strong command of Google Ads, SEO, PPC, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.
Hands-on experience with WordPress, HTML, CSS, and Elementor.
