? Assist in the formulation of strategies a sales funnel design to drive performance of key metrics (ROI, CPA) and help set future KPIs for campaigns and tests.
? Maneuver digital marketing campaigns through all areas of the project life cycle.
? Identify opportunities to enhance campaign performance and give recommendations to generate potential leads.
? Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools.
? Able to generate marketing materials for lead generation campaigns.
? Maintain an in-depth understanding of video and photography best practices and procedures.

Skills in photography, videography, and content editing are advantageous, and proficiency in graphic design software is a plus.
Qualifications:

2 years of digital marketing work experience in real estate is mandatory.
