Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage and optimize social media accounts and content strategy.
Plan and execute SEO and SEM strategies to increase website traffic.
Create engaging content for social media, websites, and email marketing.
Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, etc.).
Optimize landing pages and user experience for higher conversion rates.
Manage email marketing campaigns and automation.
Research market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
Prepare regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Coordinate with design, sales, and management teams for marketing alignment.
Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role.
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and SEO/SEM.
Experience with social media management tools.
Good understanding of content marketing and branding.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop is a plus).
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
