We are currently seeking a passionate and strategic
Clinic Marketing Specialist
to lead community engagement and marketing initiatives that reflect the heart of our mission and reach families who need our support.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase awareness of autism therapy services (ABA, speech therapy, occupational therapy, etc.).
Manage and grow the clinic's digital presence across social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
Create educational and informative content tailored to families, educators, and healthcare professionals.
Plan community outreach efforts such as open houses, school presentations, and autism awareness events.
Manage online reputation and monitor reviews on Google, Facebook, and healthcare directories.
Work with therapy and admin teams to promote new programs, workshops, and resources.
Optimize the clinic website content and maintain SEO best practices.
Develop patient and referral marketing materials (flyers, brochures, email newsletters).
Track marketing KPIs: new patient inquiries, campaign performance, digital engagement, etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in marketing, ideally in healthcare, behavioral health, pediatrics, or nonprofit settings.
Deep understanding of community-based marketing and the sensitive nature of autism-related communication.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms: social media tools, email marketing, Google Ads, etc.
Strong writing and storytelling skills with an empathetic and inclusive tone.
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
