Key Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Snapchat, Meta, TikTok, and other digital ad platforms.
Take full ownership of campaign setup -- from audience targeting and creative selection to budget optimization and performance tracking.
Continuously analyze campaign data and optimize for maximum ROI, conversion rate, and brand visibility.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and ad performance evaluations.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports highlighting key metrics, insights, and improvement recommendations.
Stay updated with the latest trends and updates in digital advertising platforms and algorithms.
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience running and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Snapchat Ads (mandatory).
Proven success managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads.
Strong understanding of campaign metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and ability to adjust strategies accordingly.
Proficient in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, tracking pixels, and UTM parameters.
Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
Creative approach to ad copywriting and visuals.
(Preferred) Experience in forex, fintech, or service-based marketing.
