Job Title Digital Marketing Specialist- Fixed -Term

The role requires key knowledge in digital and social media marketing techniques. From understanding social media for b2b business, to providing a positive customer experience through maintaining website interface and content. The digital marketing specialist will be tasked with working with the digital marketing team to activate content exposure through social media, prepare content for other channels such as CRM and web, and other tactics. The role will provide onboarding and training on Philips digital marketing systems as well as access to key components of reporting and data Analys.
Your Role:

• Helps to analyze marketing data, translating them into actionable recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns and processes, leveraging data analysis tools to uncover customer behavior patterns, assess campaign performance, and identify areas for improvement.
• Participates in the development and execution of marketing projects by performing tasks like tracking budgets for smaller marketing initiatives, coordinating with creative agencies on campaign development, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing channels.
• Supports continuous improvement projects within the marketing department, helps to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, identifying areas of inefficiency within marketing workflows and proposing solutions aligned with methodologies to optimize marketing operations.
• Handles internal and external marketing requests, fielding inquiries from colleagues across departments, handling customer feedback related to marketing campaigns, and liaising with external vendors involved in marketing activities.
• Responds to complex marketing inquiries, leveraging research and problem-solving skills to identify solutions for deviations from standard procedures, researching market trends to address unexpected customer needs, troubleshooting technical issues with marketing tools, and collaborating with colleagues to develop creative solutions for unique marketing challenges.
• Maintains marketing databases and resource libraries, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all marketing teams, developing user-friendly databases for housing marketing assets, establishing data governance protocols, and implementing data quality checks.
• Participates in developing new marketing support process activities, streamlining workflows, and optimizing marketing operations, analyzing current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing new procedures that enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the marketing department.
• Provides support on assigned tasks, providing clear instructions, delegating tasks effectively, and monitoring progress to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely completion of projects.

You will be the part of Digital Marketing Team in Growth Region and will report to Digital Marketing Leader, Growth Region
You are the right fit:
Bachelor's degree in relevant majors.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media, digital media marketing activities or equivalent.
Fluent in English, Arabic language is an asset.
Strong communication and organizational skills
Eager to succeed, team player.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
