Job Summary
The Digital Marketing Executive is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing strategies to promote the company's perfume and fragrance products. The role focuses on increasing brand awareness, driving online sales, generating leads, and enhancing the company's digital presence across multiple platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Campaign Management
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant channels.
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.
Develop and execute online promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Content & Social Media Management
Create, plan, and manage engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers for creative content related to perfume products.
Manage posting schedules, captions, hashtags, and community engagement.
Respond to customer inquiries and messages professionally and promptly.
Website & E-commerce Management
Manage and update website content, product listings, and landing pages.
Coordinate with technical teams to ensure website functionality, speed, and user experience.
Support e-commerce sales initiatives and online promotions.
SEO, Analytics & Reporting
Implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other digital dashboards.
Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
Brand & Market Research
Ensure all digital content aligns with the company's brand identity and positioning.
Monitor digital trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior in the perfume and cosmetics industry.
Suggest innovative digital marketing ideas to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (experience in perfumes, cosmetics, FMCG, or luxury brands is an advantage).
Hands-on experience with paid ads, social media management, and analytics tools.
Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms and tools.
Creative thinking with an eye for branding and aesthetics.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva, Adobe) is an advantage.
