Digital Marketer cum Graphic Designer & Web Developer (SEO Specialist)

XConnect Biz is a professional business setup and corporate services company in Dubai, supporting entrepreneurs and businesses across the UAE with licensing, visa, and corporate solutions. We are expanding our in-house marketing team and looking for a multi-skilled digital professional to drive our online presence and lead generation.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketer cum Graphic Designer & Website Developer with SEO expertise to handle end-to-end digital marketing activities for XConnect Biz. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing our website, designing marketing creatives, and improving our brand visibility across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.)

Generate and manage qualified leads for business setup, visa, and corporate services

Manage landing pages, CRM coordination, and lead tracking

Monitor campaign performance, conversions, and ROI

Website Development & Management

Design, develop, and maintain company websites and landing pages

Update content, service pages, packages, and blogs

Ensure website speed, security, and mobile responsiveness

SEO (Search Engine Optimization)

Handle on-page, off-page, and technical SEO

Improve Google rankings for UAE business setup and related services

Use tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush

Graphic Design & Branding

Design creatives for social media, ads, brochures, flyers, banners, and presentations

Maintain consistent branding across all platforms

Social Media & Content

Manage and grow company social media pages

Create content, schedule posts, and run promotions

Improve engagement and online visibility

Requirements

UAE experience is mandatory(preferably in business setup, consultancy, or corporate services)

Proven experience in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, Web Development, and SEO

Strong knowledge of WordPress, HTML, CSS, and landing page builders

Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads

Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar tools

Relevant educational qualification in Marketing, IT, Design, or a related field

Ability to work independently and achieve lead and performance targets

Salary & Benefits

Salary starts from AED 3,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
