Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative

Digital Marketing Executive

to promote professional conferences, CMEs, workshops, and specialized events through digital channels. The role focuses on driving registrations, engaging professional audiences, and strengthening the company's digital presence while adhering to strict content, communication, and ethical guidelines.

, targeting professional audiences Run and optimize paid campaigns (LinkedIn Ads) to drive registrations and brand awareness Create and schedule content related to events, speakers, agendas, and updates Coordinate with speakers, event teams, designers, and internal stakeholders Optimize landing pages and registration forms to improve conversion rates Execute email marketing campaigns for professional databases and associations Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on leads, registrations, and ROI Ensure all digital content follows approved communication and ethical standards Support the creation of sales kits, digital brochures, event materials, and promotional assets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing (event-focused experience is a plus) Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and paid advertising Hands-on experience with

LinkedIn Ads

Strong content planning, coordination, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience working with professional or specialized audiences Familiarity with CRM systems or event registration platforms Understanding of content compliance and communication guidelines
