Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Specialist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for :

Create engaging content for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn) aligned with our brand identity.

Developing and executing digital marketing campaigns

Managing online brand presence

Analyzing and reporting on digital marketing metrics.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and provide customized solutions.

Design professional graphics and edit videos using Canva, CapCut or similar tools.

Run and optimize paid advertisements (Meta Ads/Google Ads).

Generate leads through SEO, social media strategies, and online outreach.


Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (UAE experience preferred).

Strong knowledge of social media trends, algorithms, and content creation tools.

Proficiency in Canva or similar design platforms.

Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Strong creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
