Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven

Digital Marketing Specialist

to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, content strategy, analytics, and lead generation, with the ability to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other platforms Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads), including budgeting, targeting, A/B testing, and optimization Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement, reach, and conversions Optimize website content and landing pages for SEO and lead generation Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics and ad dashboards Coordinate with design, content, and admissions/sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals Manage email marketing campaigns, CRM integrations, and lead nurturing workflows Stay updated with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and social media platforms Experience with SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content marketing Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) Excellent communication, planning, and time-management skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Immediate availability to join

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in education, training, or service-based industries Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools Basic understanding of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
