Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
Manage SEO and SEM activities to improve website visibility and lead generation
Develop and manage social media content calendars and campaigns
Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools; prepare weekly and monthly reports
Optimize landing pages and conversion funnels to improve ROI
Coordinate with internal teams, designers, content writers, and external agencies
Manage email marketing campaigns and CRM-based lead nurturing
Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
Stay updated with digital marketing trends, tools, and UAE market best practices
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
3-5 years of experience
in digital marketing (UAE/GCC experience preferred)
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO tools
Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, campaign tracking, and reporting
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B, technology, or international sales marketing
Knowledge of Arabic language is an advantage
Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
Google Ads or Meta certifications are a plus
