Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage our online presence across all major platforms, create engaging content, run paid campaigns, and generate quality leads for our visa consultancy, business setup, tourism, property, and other service lines. The ideal candidate must be strong in content creation, video editing, social media management, website updates, SEO, and CRM integrations.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Video Production Create professional videos, reels, shorts, and promotional content. Edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and advertisements. Design eye-catching posts, banners, and graphics. Social Media Management Set up and manage business accounts on: TikTok Facebook Instagram Snapchat LinkedIn Twitter/X Post daily videos, images, stories, and updates across all platforms. Conduct live streaming sessions to promote services and engage audiences.
Sync all social media pages through one unified marketing platform. Website Management Create and manage company website(s). Update website content daily--blogs, service pages, announcements, SEO updates. Ensure website is connected with Google Search Console, Analytics, and SEO tools.
Digital Advertising
Run paid ads on: Facebook & Instagram Ads TikTok Ads Snapchat Ads LinkedIn Ads Google Ads (AdWords) YouTube Ads Monitor ad performance, optimize campaigns, and generate qualified leads. Post promotions and ads in relevant social media groups.
CRM & Lead Management Connect all social media platforms and website to CRM. Track leads from Google, ads, website, WhatsApp, and social media. Manage automated lead responses and reminders. Google & SEO Responsibilities Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns for visa, business setup, tourism, property, and other services. Connect website with Google Business Profile, Maps, and SEO tools. Improve ranking through keyword optimization, backlinks, and content strategy.
