Who we're looking for:

A results-driven digital marketer with 2+ years of startup experience who can manage content, social media, basic paid acquisition, SEO, and analytics. Someone who writes well, understands growth levers, can create quick creatives, works comfortably with CRM and analytics tools, and can collaborate with influencers and communities to drive meaningful user growth.

Note: Currently we are only interviewing candidates who are

already based in Dubai, UAE and who can come for in-person interview. Kindly DO NOT apply if you are not physically present in Dubai, UAE.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience in a startup. Strong English communication skills. Strong copywriting skills. Hands-on experience with organic social marketing. Exposure to paid ads and SEO/AEO. Experience with analytics and CRM/email tools. Ability to produce creatives. Experience with influencer and community efforts.

Responsibilities

Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (organic + paid). Write copy for social media, landing pages, and email campaigns. Manage social media channels and grow organic presence. Support paid ads across Google, Meta, etc. Implement SEO practices; contribute to AEO efforts. Track performance using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and Amplitude. Run email/CRM campaigns using Customer.io, HubSpot, MailChimp, or SendGrid. Create marketing assets via Canva, Figma, or Adobe tools. Manage influencer outreach and collaborations. Support community building and partnerships.
