Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company's fit-out, renovation, and maintenance services.

You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness, driving online traffic, and generating qualified leads through digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and execute effective digital marketing strategies for technical, fit-out, and renovation projects. Manage and optimize company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Create engaging content including posts, reels, videos, and blogs showcasing our completed projects and services. Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and SEO campaigns to increase website visibility and inquiries. Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CTR, ROI, engagement rate) and prepare regular marketing reports. Collaborate with the design and sales teams to align digital campaigns with ongoing projects and promotions. Manage company website updates, listings, and SEO optimization. Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and new digital tools.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field is a plus. Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in construction, fit-out, or related industries). Strong knowledge of Google Ads, SEO/SEM, social media management, and content creation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with attention to detail. Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Meta Business Suite, and Google Analytics is an advantage.
