Role Overview:
We are hiring an experienced
Paid Ads Specialist
to manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns for UAE-based clients. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, analytical, and deeply familiar with the UAE digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid advertising strategies tailored to client objectives.
Launch and manage campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
Optimize performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget control.
Analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI) and deliver actionable insights.
Prepare detailed performance reports and communicate results to clients.
Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing Meta and Google Ads campaigns, specifically for UAE clients.
Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, A/B testing tools, and PPC platforms such as SEMrush or WordStream.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Solid understanding of UAE consumer behavior and market dynamics.
Arabic language skills are advantageous but not required.
