Key Responsibilities:
Design and create
infographics, graphics, and marketing materials
.
Handle
photo and video editing
for property listings, social media, and promotional campaigns.
Manage and grow
social media pages
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) with a focus on
organic growth
.
Execute
SEO strategies
to improve the visibility of company pages.
Manage and optimize the company's
LinkedIn page
, including post scheduling, content, and engagement.
Design and prepare
presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
.
Support
basic IT and email management tasks
within the office when needed.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a
Digital Marketing Specialist
,
Social Media Manager
, or similar role.
Proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or Canva
.
Strong understanding of
social media algorithms, SEO, and online branding
.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects independently.
IT background
or basic computer/network knowledge is an advantage.
Own visa
preferred.
