Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Executive with a minimum of

2 years

? of industry experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of tourism operations, destination management, and customer-centric service design. You will handle social media management, ad campaigns, lead generation etc. Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the tourism industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and create content for

Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube

. Plan and run

Meta and Google Ads

campaigns to generate leads. Create

Reels, videos, and digital creatives

using tools like Canva or Adobe Suite. Generate and manage

qualified leads

, while analysing campaign performance and ROI. Plan, organize, and maintain

social media content calendars

. Monitor and grow audience engagement and brand awareness across all platforms. Collaborate with the

sales teams

to ensure consistent brand messaging and lead generation strategies.

Requirements

Minimum

1 year of UAE experience

in a

similar role

(Digital Marketing executive). Hands-on experience with

Avaya systems, basic server, and network management

. Strong understanding of

digital marketing, social media management, lead generation, and content creation

. Proficiency in design and content tools like

Canva, Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, or similar

. Experience using

Meta Business Suite, Google Ads

, and analytics tools. Good communication skills in

English

. Ability to

multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

in a fast-paced environment. Tourism industry experience is a strong advantage.
