Develop and implement digital marketing strategies focused on real estate lead generation.
Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other platforms.
Optimize ad performance through A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
Generate qualified buyer and investor leads through digital channels.
Oversee SEO, content, and social media to improve visibility of listings.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights.
Collaborate with sales teams to align digital leads with property requirements.
Stay updated with real estate market trends and new digital marketing tools.
