The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads for business setup and related services.
Manage the company's online presence including website, SEO, Google Ads, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (PPC, social media ads, display ads, retargeting, etc.).
Create and manage engaging content for blogs, email newsletters, and social media to attract and convert prospects.
Optimize the company website and landing pages for SEO and conversion rate.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Analyze digital campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools; prepare reports and suggest improvements.
Manage CRM and email marketing campaigns (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Coordinate with content creators, designers, and external agencies (if required).
Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing and recommend new growth strategies.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role (minimum 2-3 years).
Experience in lead generation for service-based businesses (preferably in the UAE market).
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing.
Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.).
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and projects.
Knowledge of the UAE business setup process is a plus (not mandatory).
