Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and optimize our online marketing campaigns. The role involves managing digital channels, analyzing performance data, and driving strategies that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Plan and optimize paid advertising (google adds, meta adds). Manage and grow social media accounts with engaging content and strategies. Execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic. Monitor website analytics, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports. Work with content creators to produce blogs, videos, graphics, and other marketing assets. Manage email marketing campaigns, including automation, segmentation, and performance analysis. Conduct competitor analysis and stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools. Collaborate with the sales and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications & Skills

2+ years of experience in digital marketing or a related role. Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media platforms. Hands-on experience with email marketing tools Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Shopify). Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo,ActiveCampaign). Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Photoshop, Canva, Premiere Pro). Certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or HubSpot.
