Own

top?line growth

across

paid, organic, retention, marketplaces, and partnerships

--hit targets while protecting unit economics.

Key outcomes (first 90-180 days)



Revenue +30-50%

with

blended ROAS / contribution margin

inside guardrails.

CAC ? 20%

LTV ? 15%

via lifecycle/loyalty and UX wins. Profitably launch/scale

marketplaces

(Amazon/Noon).

Site CVR +0.5-1.0 pp

through CRO.

Weekly channel model

(forecast vs actuals) adopted by leadership.

What you'll do



Run

Meta/Google/TikTok

, SEO/content, affiliates, influencers. Own

CRM/retention

(flows, segmentation, offers), pricing & promo calendar. Partner with Product on

hero SKUs/bundles

; with Tech on

tracking & attribution

. Drive brief ? test ? learn ? scale; kill losing tests quickly.

Must?haves



Hands?on D2C

performance + retention

(not just agency mgmt). Deep with

ads managers, GA4, pixels/attribution, A/B testing

. Portfolio of

before/after growth wins

with numbers.

Compensation & benefits
