Role Description
This is a permanent role for a Digital Marketing Specialist at Bagsy. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to Performance Marketing, Social media marketing, digital marketing, web analytics, Website Analytics, Branding and communication. This role demands a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital channels, e-commerce platforms, creative mind and the nuances of premium branding.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
Experience in the UAE Market.
Proficiency in Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and analytics tools.
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing in the UAE.
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
Strong understanding of premium consumer behavior and brand positioning.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Web Analytics and Online Marketing skills
Knowledge of content management systems
Ability to analyze data and draw insights
Experience in the travel or retail industry is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels, aligned with Bagsy's growth objectives.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to continuously evolve Bagsy's presence.
E-Commerce & Website Optimization
Own and optimize Bagsy's Shopify platform, ensuring premium-level user experience, speed, and conversion optimization.
Implement CRO tactics such as heatmap analysis, customer journey testing, and personalized experiences.
Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
Lead cross-platform campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Programmatic) with a focus on profitability, ACoS, ROAS, and CAC.
Design audience segmentation and retargeting frameworks to drive repeat customers.
Analytics & Insights
Build and maintain advanced dashboards in GA4 and Looker Studio.
Perform deep-dive analysis into campaign performance, user journeys, and attribution.
Translate insights into actionable optimizations that scale sales and reduce waste.
Content & Creative Direction
Collaborate with in-house and external creative teams to produce high-impact visuals, videos, and campaigns.
Ensure content communicates, sustainability, and premium lifestyle positioning.
SEO & SEM Excellence
Own organic growth initiatives: technical SEO, keyword strategies, content optimization.
Drive SEM campaigns with advanced bidding, dynamic ads, and keyword expansion.
Brand Protection & Traffic Quality
Monitor and act against invalid clicks, bot traffic, and poor-quality placements.
Ensure Bagsy maintains premium visibility and reputation across all digital touchpoints.
