About the Role
We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience 3-5 years in real estate development to join our Dubai team. This role is ideal for an analytical, results-driven marketing professional who can blend creative strategy with technical execution in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies for property launches and real estate projects.
Manage and optimize the company website and landing pages for visibility, engagement, and lead generation.
Execute SEO and SEM activities to increase qualified traffic.
Lead social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) focused on brand presence and project promotion.
Design and deliver email marketing campaigns for new developments, lead nurturing, and client retention.
Run programmatic advertising campaigns; manage performance through advanced reporting tools.
Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance; deliver insights to improve ROI.
Collaborate with sales, creative, agents, and IT teams to align digital activities with business goals.
Manage online reputation and ensure a consistent brand voice across all channels.
Support the promotion of property events, open houses, and launches via digital platforms.
Skills & Qualifications
5 years of digital marketing experience in real estate development or a related sector.
Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and campaign optimization.
Hands-on experience with programmatic ads and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
Proficient in website platforms such as WordPress and WIX; experienced in managing property listings and digital content.
Strong communication skills and an analytical mindset.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Communications, Business, or related field (preferred).
Certifications in Google Analytics, SEO, or digital advertising are advantageous.
A collaborative team player with a client-focused approach.
