Acube Real Estate Development is looking for a results-driven and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and experience managing multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of digital marketing principles, performance tracking, and audience engagement within a real estate context.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead the development, execution, and continuous optimization of digital marketing campaigns across paid, owned, and earned media
Manage day-to-day operations of paid media programs, including campaign setup, budget allocation, targeting, and performance monitoring
Develop integrated strategies that include SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content-driven campaigns
Produce regular performance reports with key metrics such as impressions, CTR, conversion rates, cost-per-lead, and ROI
Use analytics tools to monitor campaign performance and website behavior, and provide actionable insights for improvement
Collaborate with internal teams to align digital initiatives with business goals and brand positioning
Assist in the creation and testing of digital content, landing pages, and creatives to support campaign objectives
Manage email campaigns including audience segmentation, design, automation, and performance analysis
Ensure website content is optimized for user experience and conversions
Monitor online trends and competitors to identify opportunities for innovation
Respond to and manage customer feedback and interactions across digital platforms
Track and manage budgets to ensure campaigns remain cost-effective and on target
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate or a related industry
Strong understanding of performance marketing, audience targeting, and campaign optimization
Experience with digital analytics, tracking tools, and performance reporting
Ability to translate data into actionable insights and clearly communicate results to stakeholders
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and within a team
Proficient in using digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems
Familiarity with basic web technologies and UX best practices is a plus
