Digital Marketing Specialist (Paid Social & Search)

Location:

Dubai (Full-Time, On-site/Hybrid)

Salary:

AED 15,000/month

What you'll own (outcomes, not fluff)

Revenue growth

from paid social (Meta/TikTok) and

Google Ads

(Search, Shopping, PMax).

Shopify sales funnel

: pixel/Conversions API, GA4/UTMs, feed quality, landing pages, CRO/A/B tests.

Creative engine

: brief, test, and scale hooks/angles; iterate fast on winning UGC and statics.

UAE relationships

: platform reps, creators/KOLs, media partners; coordinate promos and partnerships.

Reporting

: clear weekly dashboards (spend, CAC/ROAS/MER, AOV, CVR, LTV signals), decisive next steps.
You'll be great at

3-5 years in

performance marketing

for

Shopify e-commerce

(DTC). Deep hands-on in

Meta/TikTok

Ads Manager and

Google Ads

; knows feed management & PMax.

GA4, Tag Manager, pixels/CAPI

, clean UTMs; landing page and

CRO basics

. Strong

Arabic & English

(Arabic preferred).

UAE market know-how

and existing network across creators/platform reps is a plus.
Nice to have

Klaviyo/CRM flows and basic SQL/Excel for cohort views. Beauty/skincare or consumer retail experience.
