Digital Marketing Specialist - E-Commerce Skincare Brand (Dubai)

We are a fast-growing
e-commerce skincare brand
based in Dubai, looking for a
Digital Marketing Specialist (3+ years experience)
to help us scale our online store and customer base.
What You'll Do
Plan, run, and optimize
paid ads
across
Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, Google
Manage our
Shopify store marketing
end-to-end
Create and adapt
content
that resonates with skincare audiences
Drive and report on key performance metrics, including:
Blended ROAS (MER) & Platform ROAS
Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
CPA / CPP (Cost per Purchase)
Average Order Value (AOV)
Conversion Rate (CVR)
UTM coverage & attribution accuracy
Funnel health: ATC%, Cart-to-Checkout, Checkout-to-Purchase
Influencer ROI & campaign performance
Work closely with our creative and operations teams to
grow revenue, repeat purchase rate, and customer loyalty
What We're Looking For
3+ years experience
in e-commerce marketing (Shopify focus preferred)
Proven track record in
scaling ROAS while controlling CAC
Strong knowledge of
analytics, attribution, and conversion funnels
Content creation skills tailored to beauty/skincare audiences
ROI-driven, analytical, and hands-on mindset
