Key ResponsibilitiesAggregator Marketing
Create and manage property/product listings on platforms such as Dubizzle, Bayut, Property Finder, and others.
Keep listings updated with accurate pricing, compelling descriptions, high-quality visuals, and timely promotions.
Monitor ad performance, optimize for better reach and ROI, and respond promptly to inquiries.
Build strong relationships with aggregator platform representatives to maximize visibility and take advantage of promotional opportunities.
Branding
Maintain and evolve the company's visual identity across all digital and print channels.
Ensure a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across every customer touchpoint.
Design engaging brochures, pitch decks, and brand collateral for marketing campaigns and the sales team.
Conduct competitor analysis and recommend strategies to enhance brand perception and positioning.
Digital Asset & Platform Management
Oversee the smooth functioning of CRM systems, email marketing tools, and web analytics platforms.
Support the team with basic IT installations/ troubleshooting, data security, and regular system backups.
Assist with content updates on website platforms like WordPress, Wix, etc.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, Business, or a related field.
Proficiency with design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Wix).
Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Basic knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite.
Preferred Skills
Understanding of UAE/GCC digital marketing trends and local consumer behavior.
Basic video editing and photography skills are a strong plus.
