Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing real estate team. The candidate must have 1-2 years of proven experience managing digital media in the real estate sector, with a strong focus on paid campaigns and creative asset development.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media Campaigns
Launch, manage, and optimize performance campaigns on:
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
YouTube Ads
Google Ads
TikTok Ads
Run lead generation and brand campaigns with sharp focus on CPL, CTR, CPM, and ROI.
Collaborate with sales and creative teams to match targeting and messaging strategy.
Content & Creative Asset Creation
Use Canva to develop:
Social media posts & stories
Ad creatives for Meta/TikTok/Google
Brand decks and sales presentations
Digital brochures or project profiles
Organic Media Management
Handle end-to-end execution of the brand's social presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Facebook.
Plan, post, and engage with audiences regularly using a content calendar.
Track trends and reels formats to boost organic traction.
Reporting & Analysis
Monitor campaign performance across all platforms.
Generate weekly/monthly reports on lead quality, ad spend, and performance metrics.
Suggest optimizations based on analytics insights.
Requirements
1-2 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in real estate or a service-led industry.
Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Basic to intermediate skills in Canva.
Understanding of campaign structures, funnel marketing, and media budget optimization.
Analytical mindset with focus on performance KPIs.
