UGC & Influencer Outreach Specialist
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with content creators, guiding them on brand-aligned content, and tracking the impact of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, reach out, and build relationships with UGC creators and influencers across social platforms.
Provide clear creative direction and dialogue guidance to influencers to ensure alignment with brand messaging.
Track, monitor, and report on influencer posts -- including who shared content, engagement results, and campaign performance.
Maintain an up-to-date database of influencer collaborations and results.
Suggest improvements and new influencer strategies to maximize ROI.
Requirements
Proven experience in influencer marketing, UGC management, or social media coordination.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to give clear creative briefs and direction.
Analytical mindset with experience in reporting campaign performance.
Fluent in ENGLISH & ARABIC
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
